Velocity Is A Skill, Not A Gift

Every pitcher who throws hard built it. They were not born with it. Here is how the real ones do it.

Step 1: Build A Body That Can Throw Hard

You cannot throw what your body cannot produce. Squat, deadlift, sprint, jump. Strong legs and a strong posterior chain are non-negotiable.

Step 2: Throw With Intent

Long toss with effort. Pull-downs. Plyo balls. Submaximal throwing builds submaximal pitchers.

Step 3: Recover Like A Professional

Sleep 9 hours. Eat enough. Stop throwing when your arm is dead.
