Your Son Is Lifting.
He’s Working Hard.
And Yet… His Velocity & Power Are Not Translating To The Field…
That’s not a motivation problem.
That’s not a work ethic problem.
That’s a programming problem.
Every high school baseball player in the country is doing some version of the same thing:
And parents are left wondering:
“Why is my son stronger… but not throwing harder?”
“Why does he feel tight all the time?”
“Why does it look like other players are jumping levels while he’s stuck?”
The truth?
Traditional weight lifting was never designed to directly transfer to throwing velocity or bat speed.
Introducing: The Baseball Power System™
The Baseball Power System™ is a 12-week online program designed to plug directly into the lifting your son is already doing.
It does not replace school lifting. It completes it.
This system exists for one reason:
To give baseball players the exact physical training they are missing that leads to real, measurable gains in:
This is the difference between “strong” and dangerous on the field.
This program is for parents who say:
If your son already works hard and cares about his future in baseball, this is built for him.
I’m Jason Alamo, owner of Baseball Velocity School in the Austin, Texas Area (our strength program is virtual and nationwide).
After coaching at six different college baseball programs, I started my journey in helping over 1,800 middle school and high school players reach their full potential. One thing I noticed early on was that players were training much different in the weight room then we did in the college weight room. High school players were working hard and lifting, training and committing….
But they were also:
Over time, a pattern became obvious.
The players who jumped 5–10 mph weren’t just lifting heavier.
They had:
Once we built systems around this missing piece, the results followed.
Over the last 36 months, our players have increased velocity and bat speed and gone on to sign with 53 different colleges around the country, ALL of whom were not recruited before fixing this exact gap.
This program is the result of everything I’ve learned about turning strength into baseball performance.
BUILT FROM THE FLOOR, NOT THEORY
Along our virtual nationwide training, I also have my own private, invite-only training facility in the Austin area, where I work face to face with players every day.
That daily exposure matters.
It allows me to know exactly what they need, how they respond to the training and how it directly translates for them on the field. This virtual program comes built from that, not some theory or ‘back in my day’ coaching advice.
Almost no high school baseball player is actually training flexibility the right way.
They lift. They throw. They grind.
And then they wonder why:
Here’s the truth most programs ignore:
Strength without flexibility doesn’t transfer.
It actually works against them.
Tight hips, restricted shoulders, and limited thoracic rotation act like brakes on the body.
No matter how strong a player gets, those restrictions cap arm speed, bat speed, and explosiveness.
That’s why flexibility isn’t optional. It’s the force multiplier.
In this program, flexibility isn’t an afterthought or a random stretch at the end.
We use structured, baseball-specific flexibility routines designed to:
This is what makes:
Parents tell us all the time:
“He’s never felt this loose.”
“His arm feels free again.”
“This is the first time his lifting actually shows up in his throwing.”
That’s not an accident.
Flexibility is what turns hard work into results.
This Is Not for Everyone
The Baseball Power System™ is for families who want structure, accountability, and real results not another generic program.
